You can also write sticky notes with things that you want, something like: “I Am Happy”, “Today is a good day”, “I love my life”, and the list goes on.
Read them every morning in order to reprogram your subconscious mind to a positive one.

When you wake up, the first thing you should say is: “Thank you!”
Thank you for what, you may ask. Say thank you for everything, thank you beacuse you are alive, thank you because you have food, water and a place to live.
Showing gratitude and love for everything will get you more positive things in your life.
