Relax, take your time, you don’t have to worry or hurry for anything. Trust God and Universe that will give you exactley what you want and when you need.
Today I got some phone calls that maked me feel disquiet for a minute. After a mini-fight in my head, I calmed down and looked for blessings from those phone calls, not emergencies.
Inhale, Hold, Exhale, Hold, Repeat
I will show you a simple meditation exercise that will help you to be more peacefully and go thorugh the day relaxed and with good cheer.
Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold that breath for 8 seconds, exhale for 8 seconds then hold it again for 4 seconds. Repeat this as many times as you can and want.
