Take 5 minutes today to meditate. If you meditate regularly, good for you. But for those who doesen’t, today take 5 minutes, close the lights in your room, listen to this beautiful music and meditate.
What do you achieve from meditation?
Buddha was asked, “What have you gained from meditation?”
He replied, “Nothing!” Then he continued, “However, let me tell you what I have lost: anger, anxiety, depression, insecurity, and fear of old age an death.”
As Buddha says, meditation can make you feel and be more positive.
How to meditate
Sit in a comfortable position, or you can try the lotus position, and for the next moments focus on your breath.
Clear your mind and Inhale for 4 seconds, Hold that breath for 8 seconds, Exhale for 8 seconds then hold that breath for 4 seconds.
It’s very easy!
Breath like that while you listen to this 5 minutes meditation and try to imagine that you are surrounded by light. You will be fullfilied and have no worries after those 5 minutes of meditation.
