1. Read a book before you go to sleep
It’s very good to read a book and not be on your phone, because it improves your sleeping.
Also, reading a book makes you fall asleep faster and trains your imagination.
2. Eat 3 or 4 hours before you go to sleep
Give time to your food to be digested because when you sleep, your digestive system slows down.
3. Go to sleep before or at least at 10 o’clock
Studies have shown that we have the best sleep between 10 and 12 o’clock p.m., so try to fall asleep faster.
4. Meditate and write down
Whether you have an app or not, try to meditate and think about the day you had and write down the things you are grateful for. This calms down your mind and makes you feel better.
5. Plan your outfit for the next day
Planning your outfit the night before it’s so helpful, because maybe you wake up late and you have to hurry, or you just need to save some time. Anyway it is, this hack is really helpful.
Put your phone away, your laptop, any electronics, and give your brain a break. Doing this before going to sleep calms you down and helps your brain to fall asleep faster and have a good night sleep.
7. Go for a walk/ exercise
You should go for a walk or exercise at home a little. This also calms you down and makes you have a better sleep.
8. Reconnect with people
Reconnecting with the people you love is just a way to calm yourself, it brings you joy and happiness, which are very important.
9. Set your alarm clock
Setting your alarm clock in the evening is a good way to help yourself have a better day tomorrow and to not let yourself oversleep.
