I don’t remember how I found out about meditation, but you’re lucky that you’re reading this right now.

I didn’t know what is meditation and what I can achieve with that.

But after months and years of using it, I can tell you that you need to meditate.

Meditation supposed to lay down comfortably and focus on your breath.

Inhale, hold and exhale.

It sounds easy, right? Well, it isn’t very hard but for the first time may be hard to stay focus more than few minutes.

Try to take it slowly and stay in a meditative state for longer.

You will achieve peace, positive vibes and lose anxiety, depression or fear.

With this awesome mental state, you will attract only positive things.

You can use guided meditation to attract money in your life.

Or you can think about your affirmations after 5-10 minutes you got into meditation.

You have to try it, it’s awesome.

2. Binaural Beats or Subliminal Messages

You just need a pair of headphones.

Search for binaural beats or subliminal messages on youtube.

I once listened to self-confidence 300 affirmations while sleeping.

Once you listen to those subliminal messages while they are on a binaural beat track, your subconscious mind will reprogram.

I woke up feeling great and full of confidence.

I also use it for attracting money or anything I want in my life.

It’s easy.

3. Law Of Attraction Exercises

On this step, I won’t tell you much.

Because if you got here it means that you need to follow your own path.

Anyway, I will give you an awesome exercise for you.

Write 10 things you love the most in this life and show your appreciation for it.

For example, write that: “I am happy and grateful for/because …………”

Write 10 examples and after you finished read it.

After every sentence, you read stop for a second, fulfil yourself with gratitude and happiness and say Thank You for 3 times.

In this way, you can show your appreciation to God and Universe and you will receive more than you could ever imagine.
