Release Stress, Anger and Anxiety using Law Of Attraction

I’m seeing a lot of stress, anger and anxiety nowadays. Did you know that you can use Law Of Attraction to release these negatives emotional states?

Even if you’re happy and positive you could be involved in unexpected situations when you’re surrounded by negative people that could influence you a little bit.

1. Control your mind

Controlling your mind seems easy, but it’s not. Sometimes you just can’t control it.

But what you can do about it? Simply use Law Of Attraction.

Imagine that every negative person is actually a positive person and say out loud (or in your mind) “Thanks for this positive person”.

Believe and insist that she/he is positive and all negative emotions will disappear.

2. Learn about pronoia

Pronoia is a neologism that is defined as the opposite state of mind to paranoia: having the sense that there is a conspiracy that exists to help the person.

It is also used to describe a philosophy that the world is set up to secretly benefit people.”

Everything is going to be alright. Even if it isn’t right now, it will be soon.

So, why would you stress out right now?

3. Don’t resist your emotions

If you feel the stress, anger or anxiety, don’t try to resist them because you’ll actually amplify your negative emotions.

Every time I was upset I was thinking desperately that I have to get rid of this negative emotion as soon as I can.

I was trying so hard that I couldn’t get over. I was paying attention to that negative emotion instead of paying attention to how I want to feel.

Law Of Attraction works, and it says that if you want to achieve something then you need to focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want.
